Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salem, OR. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, creating personalized, evidence-based plans to improve mobility and independence.
The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred and new grads are welcome to apply. Comprehensive benefits and strong clinical support are provided.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
- Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
