Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salem, OR. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to work in diverse clinical settings while helping patients regain mobility.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a clinical team. Licensure and BLS are required; a Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and exams to identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
