Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Medford, OR. Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, days shift, working in a facility setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life, using evidence-based plans and teamwork with a clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
