Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an 8-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based rehab programs to improve mobility and reduce pain in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using exams and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and properly.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control.
