Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pontiac, Illinois. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospital and clinic settings, delivering evidence-based care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires active PT license and BLS; Doctorate in PT preferred. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, day shifts, and comprehensive benefits for travelers.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
