Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a talented Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, IL. The therapist will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and implement evidence-based treatments across hospital and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
