Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, IL. The clinician will evaluate patients, create individualized rehab plans, and implement therapy using evidence-based methods. The role requires a current PT license and BLS, with travel readiness and strong teamwork a must.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Able to meet travel requirements and COVID-19/facility-specific policies.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
Implement treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
