Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in O'Fallon, IL. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working 40 hours per week in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Requirements include a valid PT license and current BLS; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient condition and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
