Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Clyde, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.

This role requires cash handling and customer service experience, leadership ability, and the stamina to stand, move, and manage a busy hospitality plaza. Flexible schedules and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling and storage.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
