Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team to achieve financial and operational goals while upholding brand standards and food safety.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a focus on customer satisfaction, with opportunities to collaborate across Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level manager experience in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; can lift at least 20 pounds.
• Occasional meetings or travel to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR team to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging culture with learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team and manage hiring/training.
