Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a General Manager for a QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, ensure food quality and safety, and lead a dedicated team to meet financial and performance targets.

This role requires strong leadership, budget control, scheduling, and the ability to collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong delegation and issue-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.
• Eligible to work onsite ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety targets.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and labor costs; manage gross profit and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture with learning and development opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team; handle hiring and coaching.
