Applegreen Stores is seeking a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza along a major highway. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet or exceed financial and performance targets.

Responsibilities include managing labor and food costs, ensuring brand standards and food safety, and fostering a culture of learning and recognition. On-site schedule is required with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant preferred.
• Able to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the QSR to meet sales targets, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team; hire, coach, and manage the QSR staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
