Applegreen is seeking a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet performance metrics and brand standards.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and training while ensuring first‑class service, food safety compliance, and cost controls in a fast‑paced environment on a highway location. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant (QSR).
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience handling budgets, labor costs, and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day QSR operations to meet sales, speed of service, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging culture with learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team; coach and discipline when needed.
• Enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable laws at all times.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities teams.
