Job summary

Applegreen Stores is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead daily operations, drive profitability, manage a dedicated team, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You'll coach and develop staff, oversee budgets and schedules, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain compliance with company policies and local laws. Flexible schedules and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule, approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of QSR associates and managers to meet sales, speed, satisfaction, and food quality targets.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster a learning and recognition culture; recruit, develop, and retain a strong team.
