Applegreen USA operates travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, offering convenience and a range of dining options. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway, driving profitability and brand standards.

You will manage a team, control budgets, ensure food safety, and build a culture of learning and guest service. Requires 2+ years in supervision in a fast-paced restaurant, flexible on-site hours, including nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level management in a QSR.
• Flexible on-site schedule roughly 50 hours/week incl. days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to meet sales, speed, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, and reporting.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met consistently.
• Foster a learning, development, and recognition culture.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, and transfer team members.
• Enforce cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
