AAA Hoosier Motor Club in Indiana seeks a Travel Advisor to increase revenue by promoting AAA products and services to members and clients. You will apply deep knowledge of travel planning, membership benefits, and AAA offerings while meeting National Quality Standards.

The role involves driving sales in person and via outbound communications, maintaining inventory and POS accuracy, and collaborating with colleagues to help members navigate AAA.com and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Travel industry experience preferred.
• Retail sales or tourism-hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel planning services and bookings.
• Promote and sell AAA products and memberships to members.
• Make outbound calls to increase awareness and renewal rates.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Assist with monthly inventory management of travel products.
