Job summary

Consumer Directed Services Inc. seeks a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across diverse outpatient settings. You will evaluate patients, deliver therapy, coordinate with a tech and TurboPT EMR, and maintain scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active state license, and BLS certification if required.
