Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel) to evaluate patients and deliver care across various outpatient settings. The role requires flexibility to travel to different locations while maintaining high-quality therapy sessions lasting around 60 minutes for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree, an active state license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification may be required.
