Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions across multiple clinics in the region. You will deliver therapy, coordinate care, and adapt to various settings.

You will manage 12–14 patients daily with up to 60 visits per week, and may float between clinics with overtime requiring prior approval. A valid PT license and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy
• BLS certification if required
