Health Here in Daly City, CA is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our nationwide team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, perform manual therapy, and deliver 1:1 care for 12-15 patients daily; flexible schedule and EMR usage (AMD) are part of the role.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited institution
• Active PT license in good standing
• BLS certification may be required

Job description

Role:

Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, perform manual therapy, and deliver 1:1 patient care for 12-15 patients daily.
• Conduct 7-10 evaluations weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, with follow-up visits scheduled every 30 minutes.
• Maintain a flexible schedule within operating hours and utilize EMR (AMD).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active State License
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Experience in sports orthopedics and manual therapy skills are mandatory

• Assist patients in injury recovery and managing chronic conditions
• Perform assessments
