Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients across diverse healthcare settings. You will develop personalized treatment plans, implement evidence-based therapies, operate specialized equipment, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team.

Required licensure and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations and current BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior experience; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Role:

• Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, implement evidence-based therapies, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare team, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality improvement, and assist with discharge planning.
