Job summary

Health, Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life across diverse healthcare settings.

You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans, use clinical tests and manual therapies, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers while ensuring infection-control standards. Flexible travel and discharge planning support are included.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure required.

Job description

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings.

• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, utilize clinical tests and manual therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, monitor and document patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure a safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and discharge planning to promote long-term recovery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid state licensure, current BLS certification, strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and maintaining patient safety. Proficiency in documentation and PC skills is required.
