Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, and plan evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life for home-based individuals.

In this role you will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move equipment and assist patients; adhere to safety/regulatory standards.
