Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to support patients across multiple outpatient clinics. You will assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with care teams.

This role requires a valid state license and at least 1 year of outpatient experience. You will travel to assigned locations, maintain an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, and receive comprehensive benefits and support to advance

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
• Active State Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification may be necessary.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services in outpatient clinics per treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Travel to multiple locations and maintain standard 8-hour shifts Mon–Fri with varying Fridays and Mondays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active State License required. BLS Certification may be necessary. At least 1 year of outpatient experience is essential.
