Job summary

MEP Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic therapy, help patients recover from injuries, and manage chronic conditions at our Sanford clinics. You will float to multiple clinics as needed, maintain a steady patient load, ensure quality care, and coordinate follow-ups with overtime approval if required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; active state license.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• BLS certification may be required.
• First-time travelers and new graduates are not accepted.

Role:

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy, help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and support patient progress. Flexibility to float to other clinics and handle a patient volume of 12-14 daily with 60 visits weekly. Maintain productivity standards and coordinate follow-up visits, with overtime approval as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, and minimum one year of experience. BLS certification may be required. First-time travelers and new graduates are not accepted.

Skills:

Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics, ability to work independently, and excellent patient communication. Adaptability to different clinic settings and teamwork skills are essential.

Key Duties:
