Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for travel assignments nationwide.

You will deliver patient-centered outpatient care, manage a dynamic caseload, and utilize secure online documentation to support recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) from an accredited program, active state license, outpatient/orthopedic experience, and BLS may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered outpatient care, manage a caseload of 8-14 patients daily, utilize web-based documentation, and deliver 1:1 care to support recovery from injuries and chronic conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active state license, outpatient and orthopedic experience, and BLS certification may be required.
