Job summary

Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in outpatient settings. You will contribute to patient care nationwide and provide therapy services across clinics.

The role requires a licensed PT with accredited degree programs, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant state with current license.
• PT degree at accredited institution (DPT/MS/BS).
• BLS certification is a plus or required.
• Comfort working in outpatient clinical settings.
