Job summary

The role supports patient recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions, delivering comprehensive evaluations and treatments. Requirements include a Physical Therapy degree, active state license, and at least 1 year of experience; BLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 40 hours of therapy weekly.

• Occasional evening shifts until 7 PM.
