Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduate from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience.
• Current state licensure or licensure in progress.

Job description

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders. They evaluate patient needs, set achievable goals, document progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.

Responsibilities: Develops care plans, administers therapy, assesses and modifies treatments to meet patient goals, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate progress and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, have graduated from an accredited school, possess a minimum of one year of experience, and hold or be in the process of obtaining current state licensure. Current CPR certification is required.

Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, establish and implement treatment programs, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
