Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients needing rehabilitation services, and to develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires Doctorate/Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, an active state license (or in progress), CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. You will document progress and educate patients and families to support recovery.
