Role and Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides skilled therapy interventions based on physician orders. They evaluate patient needs, set realistic goals, document progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams ensures comprehensive care and achievement of treatment objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates must have a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold an active state license or be in the application process, and possess current CPR certification. At least one year of experience is required, with additional requirements set by the facility.
