Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• NPTE must be passed.
• Current state licensure or in the application process.
• At least one year of experience is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions.
• Evaluate patient needs and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
