Job summary

Role:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing and treating patients requiring rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include:

developing individualized care plans, providing skilled therapy interventions based on physician orders, evaluating patient needs, collaborating with healthcare team members, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families on therapy methods.

Qualifications:

Must have a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure, possess current CPR certification, and have at least one year of experience.
