Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and quality of life.

The PT will develop personalized treatment plans, operate equipment, document outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Education for patients and caregivers, safety protocols, and ongoing professional development are required, with discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid state PT license and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move and assist patients; proficient documentation and PC skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to irregular activity schedules.
