Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalized treatment plans, assess patient progress, operate therapy equipment, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, document outcomes, and participate in discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid physical therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, critical thinking, proficiency in PC use, and physical ability to perform manual tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure are essential.
