HiredFirst is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Templeton, CA assignment in an Acute/Rehab setting. The position runs 13 weeks with an option to extend, featuring an 8-hour day shift (5 x 8s) and travel pay ranging from $3,140.74 to $3,489.72 weekly.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the rehab team to improve mobility, function, and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment.
• Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work the listed shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, mobility, and continued care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
