The role involves evaluating and treating patients in an Acute/Rehab setting, developing care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. California PT licensure and BLS/CPR are required, with ongoing documentation and patient education responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment.
• Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work the listed shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient response and adjust the plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and ongoing care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Travel Pay: $3,140.74 - $3,489.72 weekly

Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and safety.

Job Qualifications
