Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lodi, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in an acute/rehab setting, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring accurate documentation. CA licensure and BLS/CPR are required, with a 8-hour day shift and travel pay weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment.
• Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work the listed shift and schedule.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, mobility, and continued care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Travel Pay: $3,140.74 - $3,489.72 weekly

Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting.
