Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for Delano, CA. Assignment is 13 weeks with option to extend. 8-hour day shifts in Acute/Rehab setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the care team.

Travel pay is weekly, with benefits options and dedicated recruiter support. Eligible for medical/dental/vision where applicable. This role requires California PT license, BLS/CPR, and recent PT experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment.
• Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Location: Delano, CA

Travel Pay: $3,140.74 - $3,489.72 weekly

Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
