TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a Templeton, CA acute/rehab setting. You will develop plans of care, administer therapies, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and safety.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, patient education, and thorough documentation while supporting a 13-week assignment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment.
• Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, mobility, and continued care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Travel Pay: $3,140.74 - $3,489.72 weekly

Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and safety.

Job Qualifications
