Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse settings, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life.

You will develop personalized, evidence-based plans, rely on exercise and manual therapy, collaborate with healthcare teams, and uphold infection control and safety standards while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and technical skills.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, move equipment, and perform motor functions.
• Effective communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptability to irregular schedules and working under pressure.
• Visual acuity and sensory skills for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for continued recovery in community or home settings.
