Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments across designated service areas in the United States. You will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, and monitor progress to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers, and adhering to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Physical ability to move and manipulate equipment and assist patients.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and patients.
• Ability to work under pressure, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain attention to detail.
