Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across settings. You will design evidence-based plans, apply manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and contribute to mobility and pain reduction in diverse patient populations.

The role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced hospital and rehab environments. Travel flexibility and in-state licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic PC skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to meet patient goals.
• Perform treatments utilizing various techniques and operate specialized equipment safely.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain safety standards, infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth patient transitions.
