Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 9-week assignment in Eugene, OR. Start 10/18/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift, travel employment type. You’ll evaluate, treat, and educate patients across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings with a focus on functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Oregon.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement individualized rehab plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in treatment areas.
