Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. You will work a 40-hour week with 8-hour day shifts, starting 09/14/2026, in a travel capacity.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating rehab plans, delivering therapy, and documenting progress while collaborating with a clinical team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
