Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Eugene, OR. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

This travel position offers a 40-hour workweek, day shifts, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Required: valid PT license and BLS; preferred: Doctorate in PT and experience; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
