Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 9-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. The position involves evaluating patients, designing and implementing rehab plans, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to maximize mobility and independence.

The role requires a current Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Start date is 10/11/2026 with a 40-hour workweek, dayshift, and travel support provided by Fusion Medical

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
