Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Eugene, Oregon. This role requires 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and is travel-oriented.

Qualified candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or Bachelor’s plus NPTE), have at least 1 year of experience, and current licensure with CPR certification. Credentialing and state licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document and review patient condition; educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient; provide skilled PT services per physician orders; modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
