Role: A Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using various techniques and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal results.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Assist in discharge planning and perform additional duties within scope of practice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, PC skills, and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and work independently when needed.
• Sensory acuity including visual capabilities.
