Job description

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery.

• Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality improvement, and assist in discharge planning.
• Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Physical abilities include moving equipment and assisting patients. Must work effectively under pressure, maintain professionalism, and possess visual acuity.
• Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, experience in various settings, and additional certifications.
• Key Duties: Provide evidence-based therapy, ensure safe treatment environments, utilize specialized techniques and modalities, and promote long-term patient independence.
